Craig S. Berman

Craig S. Berman is an experienced commercial litigation and entertainment attorney. Mr. Berman

is an experienced trial attorney who has obtained favorable verdicts and settlements for clients

in a variety of areas. During the course of his career , he has represented clients in a wide range

of fields including real property, entertainment, retail, trade secret, wrongful termination and

product liability.

In the entertainment field, Mr. Berman handles both litigation and transactional matters. He

represents a wide range of clients involved in the film, television and music industries including

production companies, performers, writers, directors, producers, and the like. Mr. Berman has

negotiated production deals on behalf of his clients with MTV Networks, A&E, NBC and the

Turner Entertainment Network. Recently, one of his clients was nominated for and received two

television Emmys.

Mr. Berman received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1992 from Claremont McKenna College. Mr.

Berman. Mr. Berman received his law degree from Southwestern School of Law in 1997. He is

admitted to practice law in California and a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
